Well, this morning i went for a medical check-up at SJMC. The doctor said that i should exercise and cut down oilly food intake to the lowest as possible. He said my blood sugar level should be below 7 mmol and i shout cut down my weight to the optimum level which is for my height is about 80 kilos.

He then gave me a new medicine, and and he hope that i can achieve the target healthily not by stop eating. He told me that losing weight is a hard thing to do. Then, i went home and ate my breakfast or lunch at about 2pm. I was so hungry because i didn't had any breakfast.

My tip for you guys, remember that life is short and enjoy while u can, but always remember that what if ur a diabetic at a young age and you die at the age of 65. You will suffer a long way till death. So, eat all u can but not too much.

Btw, PMR results is near, so Gud Luck >.<

The UKKM in Seremban...

Today, i woke up at 9.00 a.m, had breakfast at Pasar Seksyen 9 (jauhnya =.=") and got ready for the UKKM test. I took the test at Kolej MARA Aminuddin Baki, Seremban and arrived 15 minutes before the test started with my school uniform and my Flat Top hairstyle.

First i was freakingly scared because Mora told everyone the maths was pretty hard. But the maths test was okay, not that mind bombing. My advice, read the Form 1,2 and 3 text book and guarantee you can score. The science was also not bad but the ujian keperibadian was the most stupid test i ever took. It ask me why do people like watching Upin and Ipin.

Then, my father took me to A&W for a late lunch and i was really hungry. So, Chow everyone.

The trip to Penang...

Since i was a child, almost twice a year, my family and i will go for an eating trip to Penang (no wonder i ...). I call it an eating trip because we when there for 4 days and 3 nights just to eat the best nasi kandar in the whole wide world. Actually, for u guy's information, my mom and dad are graduates from Universiti Sains Malaysia, Penang and evantually my mom comes from Penang. So, my dad knows quite a few hotspot to eat the best nasi kandar.

Last Friday, we went to Penang by car and stopped at a R&R in Bukit Gantang to eat Durian. Btw, i was dizzy like hell because first of all, I HATE DURIAN. Secondly, i couldnot eat it because it contains really high quantity of sugar which i cannot take. Then, hell starts on the car :

Me : Oii, sape burgh bau durian ni!!!

Little sis : Sorry, nina burgh tak sengaja!!!

a few moments after that...

Litlle bro : Sorry, adik kentut !!!

Me : I need oxygen, help, i am dying.

In Penang, we went to a nasi kandar stalll name Line Clear. then when back to the hotel and sleep. Our activities there where just eating and my little bro and sis was swimming. In the morning, my father and i when for the gym. I watched 2012 for the 3rd time there because my bor and my mom did not watch it yet. While the others was in a suspend mood and got the scarry look in their face, i was laughing because i know what happens in the end.

Now, i'm at home, scared of the UKKM test tomorrow. Hope the maths are not that hard.

Btw, some girls i know are crazy towards Robert Pattison (Twilight guy) but i like the girl Kristen Stewart because she is hot but the not bad one like (not like Megan Fox).

Things happened this year...

I will be posting things about what incidents happened this year....

A stupid April Fool's Joke turns into a disaster...

I read this story while i was surfing the Internet. I don't think it is a true story but to me the story is quite funny and a little bit of sad. The story goes:

It was April Fool's Day when Sam planned to prank his brother. He told his brother Chris that his girlfriend, Carmen was cheating on him. Sam told his brother that Carmen was going out with another guy which was such a coincidences that the guy was Chris's best friend, Hernan who has a girlfriend named Tina. Chris got mad and called Tina to tell her that her boy friend is cheating on her.

Tina freak out and she got out of her house to look for Hernan. When she reached Hernan's house, she kick him in his balls and Hernan fainted. She panic and called an ambulance which arrived 10 minutes later.

Chris came to Carmen's house and said that their relationship was over. Carmen cried and she fell on the ground. Chris said that she deserved this and let Carmen lie on the ground until a caring neighbour saw her and took her to the hospital.

Chris had to go under a surgery because his scrotum was bleeding because when Tina kicked him, the scrotum got ripped by his jean's zip whereas Carmen was warded because she had a heart failure which Chris did know about it.

Sam was happy that his prank was works but not knowing about what happen to Carmen and Hernan. When Chris got home, Sam told him that it was just an April Fool's joke so don't worry about losing Carmen. Chris punch his brother and told Tina that it was just his little brother's April Fool's joke.

It was too late because Hernan was declared by the doctor to be impotent for the rest of his life and Carmen died because of heart failure (btw Carmen was born with a weak heart so she cannot be too stress). Tina turned crazy and killed herself by injecting a large dose of morphine into her body so she died caused by overdose. Chris cried and he said he would never find another woman ever again.

The morale of the story is do not trust anyone during the April Fool's day.
